High Altitude Photographic Balloon is a project I started a couple of years ago. The primary purpose was to launch an unmanned balloon that would take photographs of the Earth's atmosphere against the blackness of space. HAPB-3 accomplished that mission.
Future missions will include HD video, live transmissions, and atmospheric test equipment.
